In this section there will be two pieces of documentation. The two pieces of work will be the Project Charter and the User Story Mapping (which will include the Product and Sprint Backlog).
Project Charter
This is our second version of our Project Charter which was produced through Powerpoint. The Project Charter (below) shows the two different cycles that play a part within the whole process. The largest cycle shows the overall process where there are three Sprints each lasting 2 weeks. The second smaller cycle shows the process within each of the two week sprints. The two week Sprint includes the four lab sessions we have for our module.
User Story Mapping
This is our User Story Mapping. This was our second version of the work with the first consisting of writing on post it notes of all the tasks required to complete in the process. This version really helped the team to establish clearly which jobs needed to be completed and those which are yet to be finished.
