These are a collect of some of blogs we have published during the whole process.  It includes pictures of our team when we have completed sprints as well as previous versions of our work such as the first version of the Project Charter and User Story Mapping.   

Changing the Way to hold our Stand up Meetings (from Stand up Meeting 8)

After finding out the way each of us contributed towards our Stand up Meetings wasn't as detailed as it should be we decided to try and change this. We approached the challenge in a different way by producing two clear columns answering the two main questions we were focusing on.  The two columns were: Work Completed and To Do.

 

Within the 'To Do' section we needed to break the tasks down a lot more than what we had been doing.  For example instead of saying we need to complete a rough draft of the video, we should say, we need to add a 3 minute voiceover to the video or finish the animation on slide 8. With each of the tasks we needed to complete we also added a clear date by when it should be complete and who volunteered to complete the work.     

We also realised that the Work Completed column needed to be a lot more specific too.  

 

In our most recent Stand up Meeting (8) we have made an attempt to do this.  It is a lot clearer what work has been done and what work needs to be done (and by a certain date).

Our First Product Demonstration

As part of our Product Demonstration we created a Presentation of the work we have completed, the main issues we had decided on and how the video will look.  These are the presentation slides.

Collection of our Research

As part of our job in the first Sprint we decided to research the topics that we volunteered on our subject Middleware.  Once we had done the research we put all of our notes on OneDrive and the pictures below show the work we had completed.  

Use Case Notes

These are our intial use case notes including all the sections we would need to include in our project.  We wrote all the applicable Actors and use cases down and then started to proceed in linking all of them together.  We then started to link all of the work together to make it into a cycle.  It shows the Actors (the team, the students and the Product Owner) as well as the use cases.

Project Charter - Rich Picture (Version 1)

This is our Project Charter.  We decided as a group to use the Rich picture format to show the processes we need to follow to use the Agile approach.  Whenever we need reminding of what process we need to accomplish we can revert back to our Project Charter.  All the items that are involved in the process are listed below.

This is our Product Backlog.  Our Product Backlog shows all the indivual tasks we need to complete to produce our project.  Our four main headings, for the main pieces of work, are the Video, Storyboard, the Script and the Topic.  Each week our group will stick the post it notes up in order to indicate to us what work we need to do for the next sprint. 

Sprint Backlog

This is a picture of all of our work which was completed in our first Sprint Backlog.  The picture is taken from our joint OneDrive account we created.  It contains the research we have undertaken to understand the topic (Middleware) and the presentation we created to show as part of our first Demonstration.
